Filigree Creator Collaboration Agreement

This is the plain-language agreement between Filigree LLC ("Filigree") and the creator named in the email that linked here ("you"). It applies to the gifted product(s) named in that email.

The terms

  1. The gift. Filigree sends you the product(s) named in our email at no cost to you.
  2. What you post. Within 14 days of delivery, you post one Instagram Reel or TikTok showing the item styled in your space, and one Instagram Story frame with the product link.
  3. Tags and disclosure. You tag @filigreehomedecor in the caption, in the on-screen text and in the image tags, and you include the gifted disclosure (#gifted, #ad, or the platform's paid-partnership label). Disclosure is required by the FTC and by us.
  4. An honest review. Within 7 to 10 days of delivery, you post an honest photo review on the product page at filigreehomedecor.com, disclosed as a gifted item. We never ask for a particular star rating. Say what you think.
  5. Reuse with credit. You grant Filigree a perpetual, royalty-free license to reuse your photos and videos from this collaboration on our social channels, website, emails and ads, always with credit to you.
  6. No money changes hands. No payment is owed by either side. You keep the product.
  7. What Filigree does for you. We repost and feature your content across our channels (21,600+ followers across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram; Facebook growing), include it in an email to our customers, and add you to the Filigree PR list for first look at new drops.
  8. Cancelling. Either side may cancel by email any time before the product ships.

How to accept

Reply to our email with the words "I agree", your full name, your shipping address, and your product choice. That reply is the agreement; we keep it on file with the date.
