How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. No account required — guest checkout is available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us at maria@filigreehd.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered processing may not be changeable.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on every order. There are no hidden fees at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How do I start a return?
Email returnsfiligree@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged. In those cases, we cover return shipping.
Product Care
How do I care for my Filigree products?
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For ceramics and figurines, handle with care to preserve fine details.
Are your products safe for outdoor use?
Most items are designed for indoor use unless specifically noted in the product description. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture may affect finishes over time.
