Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Filigree cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returnsfiligree@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
