During peak seasons, holidays, or when something needs restocking it can run a little longer. If yours will, we email you rather than leave you wondering.

Standard delivery within the U.S. is 5–10 business days from the day you order.

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Orders under $50 ship at a flat weight-based rate starting at $6.99. You'll always see the exact amount at checkout before you pay — no surprise fees.

Heads up: the $50 is based on your order total after discounts — the same total you see in your cart.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey home.

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Filigree cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returnsfiligree@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
