Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content

How to Begin a Return

Simply email us at returnsfiligree@gmail.com with your order number and the item details. We'll guide you through the process with care.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We want you to feel at home with your choice. If you'd like a different piece, the easiest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an update.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note, banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can quickly make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item) — in which case we provide a prepaid return label.
